Sattva Projects is a limited liability company incorporated under laws of Finland. Rajiv, COO of the company, is an accomplished, mature and customer service-oriented Project Management Professional with extensive experience of 34 years in leading and delivering complex EPC energy and industrial projects to global customers. Rajiv led the whole value chain from start of project execution till satisfactory handover to end users with end to end delivery responsibility, P&L responsibility, and customer satisfaction. Development of project execution processes and EPC capabilities of team are his strong skills.
He is a team player with strong people management skills. He enjoys working with people and has always been eager to empower them to unlock their potential for innovation and deliver best results.
Between 2009 to 2020, Rajiv worked in different leadership positions as Director Project Management, Senior Program Manager and General Manager. He led multiple and large global teams to successfully execute complex EPC energy infrastructure projects globally. Rajiv was a catalyst in transformation journey of the organisation in improving project management capabilities and change from handling standard modular projects to efficiently handle complex projects with special requirements.
From 1987 to 2008, as a Project Leader he led execution of biomass energy and sugar manufacturing infrastructure projects globally.
